We understand that you may want to delete your mustterr account. This page explains how to request account deletion and what happens when your account is deleted.
How to Delete Your Account
- Send an email to support.mustterr@gmail.com
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Include your registered phone number
- Our team will process your request within 7-10 business days
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following information will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information and personal details
- Your account settings and preferences
- Your saved data and activity history
- Any content you have created or uploaded
What We Retain
For legal and business purposes, we may retain certain information:
- Transaction records (as required by law)
- Information necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
- Data required for compliance with legal obligations
Active Subscriptions
Before deleting your account, please ensure that you have cancelled any active subscriptions. Account deletion does not automatically cancel subscriptions or entitle you to refunds.
